I wrote this song in March of 2018 and it has spurred on an entire record's worth of material. It's about an experience I had where I was told I shouldn't have to ask for something as basic as an ear to listen, and how hard it can be to let yourself open up. I hope you like it, and I hope you like the nine other we have on the way.
